Return Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment or production for a full refund.
  • Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please do not remove the packaging and contact our customer service for return instructions.

Returns & Refunds

  • No-reason returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your dash cam.
  • To return a product:
    1. Contact our customer service to request a return label.
    2. Send the product back to our warehouse.
    3. Refund will be processed after we receive the product.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and could be considered a loss. Always contact customer service first.

Warranty & Quality Issues

  • All Terunsoul dash cams come with an 18-month warranty.
  • If your dash cam experiences quality issues or delivery damage, our support team will assist you with repair, replacement, or refund.
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): If your dash cam arrives damaged or cannot power on, contact customer service immediately for a free replacement or refund.

Unsatisfied / Vehicle Fit Issues

  • If the product does not fit your vehicle or you are not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and reason when contacting customer service.
  • Returns after 30 days for personal reasons are not accepted.
