Orders are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse in Ontario, California, or from overseas fulfillment centers based on inventory availability.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at help@terunsoul.com.Once shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is in good condition.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Are return shipping fees covered?
If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Is GPS included?
Some models include built-in GPS, allowing you to record driving speed and location data directly in your footage.
Do your dash cams support parking mode?
Yes. When properly installed with a hardwire kit, supported models offer parking monitoring to protect your vehicle when parked.

Is installation difficult?
No. Our dash cams are designed for easy installation. Most users can complete setup in under 15 minutes using the included accessories.
Can I install the dash cam myself?
Yes. Most customers install the dash cam themselves. Professional installation is optional.
What warranty do you offer?
All TERUNSOUL dash cams come with an 18-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
