18-Month Limited Warranty

TERUNSOUL products are manufactured using high-quality industrial-grade components and are built to last.

We proudly offer an 18-month limited warranty on all TERUNSOUL products, starting from the original date of purchase.

If a product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, TERUNSOUL will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or any defective components at no cost.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

To receive warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
• Clear visual evidence (photos or videos) of the defect may be requested
• In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection
• If a return is required, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided
• This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only
• Refunds are not available under the warranty policy
• If identical replacement parts or products are unavailable, TERUNSOUL reserves the right to provide a functionally equivalent substitute

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage or issues caused by factors outside normal product use, including but not limited to:

• Improper use or incorrect installation
• Misuse or abuse, including:
  • Drops or impacts
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Water damage
  • Power surges or loss of power
  • Use of unauthorized accessories
• Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties
• Damage caused by external factors or accidents
• Lost or stolen products
• Products that are outside the warranty period
• Any circumstances beyond TERUNSOUL’s reasonable control

Additionally, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from non-official or unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites or promotional activities. Authorized retailers may offer different warranty terms. Please consult the retailer directly for their specific policies.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days, provided that:

• The product is returned in original condition
• All accessories and packaging are included
